Women's Moosehide Sheepskin Boots BB41715L
Made In Canada
The women's moccasin boots are designed for earthing in cold weather such as the fall or winter time. They are lined entirely with real warm and fuzzy natural sheepskin keeping your feet toasty. They are handmade/sewn from natural materials and have a double layer of leather on the soles which allow the earth's electrons to flow through the soles, especially after they are broken in and the moisture from the ground absorbs into the soles. These women's traditional style moccasin boots are authentic Native American handmade from genuine moosehide leather in a maple tan colour. They may have natural markings on the leather do to the authenticity of the hide. Please note, these have a more durable heavy oil tan chromexcel sole, but will absorb water so they should be used on dry surfaces or your feet will get wet (not slushy snow or rainy weather). These ladies earthing winter boots are approximately 7" tall and the collar on the boots can be worn up or down. They have rawhide laces for tightening all the way up the front. We carry women's sizes 5-10 and they fit the same as your regular shoe size. We recommend, for half sizes to go down to the nearest full size. (Size 9 ½ order size 9)
These aboriginal style women's Earthing winter moccasin boots are hand-crafted by a Native American company called Bastien Industries. (member of the Indian Arts & Crafts Association) They are a family business directly manufactured on the Wendake reserve located north of Québec City, by Huron-Wendat craftsmen who apply ancestral techniques of manufacturing. The sole is called a chromexcel leather sole which uses time honored techniques and formulas that were developed nearly 100 years ago using a bark retannage from a proprietary recipe, and then genuine hot stuffed with a secret blend of natural oils and greases.
