The Earthing plush sleep pad has straps that stretch to fit around the mattress. The package consists of the plush earthing sleep pad, straight 15' grounding cord and user guide. The Grounding Sleep mat top is made of 31% Cotton, 68% Polyester and 1% Silver Conductive Filament. The Plush Fabric is made of 100% Polyester. All you need to do is secure the mat to your mattress, plug into your grounded outlet, and enjoy your blissful, grounded sleep. The longer you can spend grounding, the better you can encourage your body toward radiant health. 1. The earthing sleep mat should be placed on top of your mattress under your regular fitted sheet and secured with the two elastic bands under the mattress.
2. Snap the cord onto the connection tab of your earthing sleep mat
3. Insert the end of the cord into outlet.
4. Only the silver side of the sleep mat is conductive. Place fitted sheet over top of earthing sleep pad.
5. Machine wash in gentle cycle, hang to dry.
