Returns & Exchanges

MoccasinsCanada.com will gladly accept returns for merchandise for either refund or exchange. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and received WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse worn merchandise. Returns will not be accepted without an Return Authorization (RA) number. Returned merchandise should be packed in its original packaging - the shoebox if is in suitable condition. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, Moccasins Canada will pay for the shipping cost when sending an exchanged item. For overseas orders, it is the customer's responsibility to pay shipping for exchanged parcel. We cannot accept any COD return.

*BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY DEALS - REFUNDS:
Please note that when a refund is requested on returns made that had Black Friday/Cyber Monday discounts may result in your order not qualifying for those discounts. The amount refunded will reflect which discount category your remaining order qualifies for (or doesn't qualify for).

*CHRISTMAS GIFTS/ORDERS:
Return period is extended for Christmas orders. Please be sure to contact us by January 15, 2019 to facilitate returns/exchanges of Christmas gifts.

The Brown Bear will ship the replacement or issue a refund once the return is received. Please allow 1-2 business days for returns to be processed.

HOW TO INITIATE A PRODUCT RETURN
Contact us via email (info@thebrownbear.ca) requesting a Return Authorization # (RA) and instructions on where to send the return (we have a USA & Canada warehouse). Please note: do not write on, or put tape on the shoe box.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS OR ORDER ERRORS
If you received defective product or we made an error on your order, please follow the exchange instructions above noting the error or defect. We may require additional information such as pictures indicating the error, however we will determine that based on the circumstances.
