Washing Instructions
1. You can wash this on gentle cycle in the washing machine; Hang to dry out of direct sunlight.
2. Do not use any household products like bleach or other harsh cleaners as it will cause the pad to loose conductivity.
3. Do not iron.

How to Use
1. Place pad in desired location.
2. Connect ground cord to metal snap on the mat/pad.
3. Plug into ground portion of outlet.
4. Enjoy electron flow.
